Machine repairs, shot peening, NDT and surface re-protection are carried out in house with over 95% of wheels turned around inside of 7 days. This turn around dramatically reduces costs and the need to stock quantities of replacement wheel hubs as units are back in final assembly within the operators strict schedule.
